      H Dei gracia Spirensis et Herbipolensis electus, imperialis aule cancellarius, universis ad quos presentes litere per- venermt, salutem et eterne beatitudinis incrementum. Cum etsi quibuslibet egentibus impertiri conveniat opera charita- tis, illis tamen pre ceteris et potissime credimus succurren- dum, quibus hoc ipsum, quod eis impenditur, non solum pau- peribus carum, sed omnibus petentibus erogatum.
