      constitucionis paginam assensu et subscripcione omnium fra- trum Spirensis ecclesie roboratum, ausu temerario venire pre- sumpserit et secundo, terciove commonita non resipuerit, a percepcione corporis et sanguinis Domini fiat aliena et a communione christianorum habeatur exclusa, donec peniteat et emendet.
