      E. Dei gracia Wormaciensis episcopus et eadem gracia abhas Schonawensis, universis ad quos presens scriptum pervenerit, tidem subscriptis adhibere. Ad cunctorum noti- ciam pervenire cupimus, quod orta materia questionis inter decanum et capitulum ecclesie Spirensis ex parte una et nobiles viros, Ulricum et Blickerum de Steinach ex altera super bonis quibusdam sitis apud Neckerawe, que dicti de- canus et capitulum a Conrado bone memorie quondam pre- posito sancti Widonis Spirensis, ipsorum concanonico com- pararunt, tandem dicta questio per arbitros hincinde eccle- siasticos taliter sobita existit, quod predicti decanus et capitulum Ulrico et Blickero prenotatis viginti octo mar- cas puri argenti dederunt sub hiis condicionibus adiectis, quod iidem Ulricus et Blickerus omni actioni seu iuri, quod in prefatis bonis sihi competere dicebant, penitus renuncia- runt. Item si quid dc cisdem bonis per ipsos distracium est seu alienatum eciam quocunque modo alienandi, iidem Ulricus et Blickerus in integrum restituere tenebuntur. In cuius rei testimonium presentem literam appensione sigillorum nostrorum et universitatis in Heidelberch duximus muniendam. Actum anno Domini MCCLXT.
