      Prepositus, decanus totumque maioris ecclesie Wormaciensis capitulum. Cum fallax sit hominum memoria et de facili sub- oriri possit calumpnia, necesse est ea que geruntur literarum serie perennari. Profitemur igitur presencium tenore, quod nos porcionem bonorum nostrorum in Enselnheim et in Lu- dolsheim, quam ex legitimo domini Gerlaci cantoris Spirensis nostri concanonici possedimus et redditus duarum librarum, quas Diethmarus thelonearius singulis annis tenetur persol- vere, de unanimi consensu nostro vendidimus capitulo maioris ecciesie Spirensis pro septuaginta marcis puri argenti, quas eciam profitemur nos ab eodem recepisse. Testes autemhu- ius vendicionis sunt, Bertholdus custos sancti Andree et Hein- ricus de Lustat, Wormaciensis et prepositus sancti Germani,
