Maiestas regalis exigit etc. fFere de verbo ad verbum sicuti superus 107 — usque ad:) Huius rei testes sunt, Syfridus Moguntinensis archiepiscopus, Wolframus abbas de Wissen- burg, Walramus dux de Lempurg, comes Fridericus de Ly- ningen, comes Burchardus de Manisfelt, Helmodus de Plessen, Godefridus de Eppenstein, Wernherus et Philippus fratres de Bolandia, Heinricus marchalcus de Kallindin, Gunszelinus dapifer et alii quam plures. Signum domini Ottonis quarti Romanorum regis invictissimi -j\ Ego Cuonradus Spirensis episcopus, regalis aule cancellarius, vice domini Syfridi Moguntini archiepiscopi et tocius Germanie archicancellarii recognovi. Acta sunt hec anno dominice incarnacionis MCCVIII. . indictione XII. regnante domino Ottone quarto Romanorum rege glorioso, anno regni eius XII.
