      C/. Dei gracia Spirensis episcopus et imperialis aule can- cellarius, viris religiosis abbati et conventui de Hemmenrode Trevirensis diocesis in perpetuum. Cum secundum verbum apostoli simus omnibus in Domino debitores, illis maxime te- nemur obnoxii, qui pro Deo paupertatem voluntariam eli- gentes Christum sequi student sub habitu regulari. Eapropter vestris necessitatibus quantum possumus in Domino volentes subvenire, cum vestra nota sit paupertas et devocio apud Dominum non incognita, terciam partem decimarum ecclesie de Medenheim cum dote et appendiciis suis, que pastorem pastorali iure contingebant, de voluntate et consensu dilec- torum filiorum decani et capituli maioris ecclesie et archi- diaconi Spirensis damus, tradimus, confirmamus, ea maxime ducti racione, cum nullus sit habitator ipsius parochie et ita per consequenciam evanuerit ius cure pastoralis.
