      Syboto Dci gratia Spir.ensis episcopus, praesentiam inspecto- ribus constare volumus, quod veniens ad nos nobilis vir, domi- nus Johannes de Brucke, nobis cum instantia supplicavit, ut bona in curiam in Logwilre spectantia, quaecunque ex illis a nobis et ab ecclesia nostra sunt feodalia et de jure ad nos ac ad ecclesiam nostram praedictam ex negligentia eorum. qui eadem a nostris praedecessoribus et a nobis in feodum sus- cipere debuerant, devoluta, sibi in feodum conferre curaremus. Nos igitur servitiorum ipsius crga nos et ecclesiam nostram faciendorum utilitate pensata, ejus precibus favorabiliter an- nuentes, recepto ab eo juramento de fidelitate nobis et ec- clesiae nostrae servanda, dicta bona eo jure, quo ad nos sunt devoluta, sibi in feodum concedimus et conferimus per prae- sentes, sigillum nostrum in testimonium omnium praemisso- ruin praesentibus appendentes. Datum Spirae, anno Domini MCCCX. octavo idus novembris.
