      IVos decani et capitula maioris, sancti Genuani, sancti Wi- donis, sancte Trinitatis ecclesiarum Spirensium, nec non ma- gistri civium, consules ac universi cives Spirenses, communi deliberacione habita, consenciendum duximus ac ordinandnm, ut ad structuram viarum de Lussheim et Husen ad Reni fiu- vium tendencium versus Spiram, de qualibet carruca nobis vel personis ecclesiarum nostrarum seu concivium proventus nostros seu alias res deferente, solvamus unum hallencem. de quadriga duos bnllences. Nos eciam decani et capitula supradicta volumus, quod taxacio per cives preilictos impo- sita, videlicet ut de quatuor vaccis vel bobus transeuntibus unus solvatur hallencis, de octo porcis similiter unus, sed de agnis, ovibus vel capris duodecim similiter unus, uullate- nus transcendatur et ut predicta omnia ultra decem annns nullatenus extendantur. ln quorunv testimonium sigilla nostra presentibus sunt appensa. Datum anno Domini MCCXCIII. in crastino nativitatis beati Ioannis baptiste.
