      vavit, persone post personam in maiori vel minori ordine constitute faciendam, que sine contradictione et simpliciter a decano ecclesie nostre, sub cuius erit obediencia, ad eandem admittatur et de tempore ad tempus, si presbiteratus caret ordine, transeat successive ad ordines superiores, nisi eidem etatis defectus vel aliquod brevi tempore purgandum obstet legitimum impedimentum, eodem iure institucionis post ipsos ad decanum ecclesie nostre et ad suos successores liberali- ter transeunte, qui ad eandem prebendam de tempore ad tempus vacantem personas instituet in presbiteri ordine con- stitutas. Nos vero ordinacionem et donacionem prefati D. divinitus inspiratam, puram atque perfectam considerantes, non solum gratam, verum eciam ratam habentes, dignis in Domino laudibus commendamus, nos unanimi consensu et voluntate libera nostrosque successores de evo in evum ad universa, que prescripta sunt et singula firmiter tenenda et fideliter servanda presentis scripti testimonio nostri sigillo capituli munito legaliter obligantes.
