      Fridericus Dei gracia episcopus, Alexander decanus, totum- que capitulum ecclesie Spirensis, presencium inspectoribus

      1282 april 4.

      constare cupimus universis, quod nos Eberhardo de Meren- berg, concanonico nostro, viginti quatuor libras hallencium contulimus et assignavimus in edificia curie sue claustralis, quam ab ecclesia nostra obtinet et inhabitat, convertendas. Item eciam Eberhardus in recompensam dictarum viginti quatuor librarum hallencium, ultra censum duarum librarum hallencium, quem de eadem curia annuatim ecclesie nostre hactenus dinoscitur persolvisse, singulis annis in anniversa- rio bone memorie Thiberti de Quercu, quondam nostri con- canonici, quatuor modios tritici prefate ecclesie nostre pro- misit persolvere ac eciam assignare, quem censum dictus Eberhardus a quolibet suo successore, qui dictam curiam per collacionem suam vel ea vacante quocunque modo ab epis- copo adeptus fuerit, ultra censum dictarum duarum librarum hallencium ab antiquo debitum, de nostra voluntate et con- sensu instituit persolvendum. In cuius rei testimonium si- gilla nostra presentibus duximus appendenda. Datum anno Domini MCCLXXXII. sabbato ante dominicam, qua cantatur Ouasi modo geniti.
