      Innocencius episcopus, servus servorum Dei, dilectis filiis^ capitulo Spirensi salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Iu- stis petencium desideriis dignum est nos facilem prebere consensum, et vota que a racionis tramite non discordant, effectu prosequente complere. Cum igitur, sicut ex parte vestra fuit propositum coram nobis, communi consilio duxe- ritis statuendum, ut fructus prebendarum, quas in ecclesia vestra vacare contigerit, ad fabricam, sarta tecta ipsius eccle- sie per triennium deputentur: nos devocionis vestre precibus inclinati, statutum ipsum ad exemplar bone memorie Ho- norii pape, predecessoris nostri, prout pie ac provide fac- tum est, auctoritate apostolica confirmamus et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostre confirmacionis infringere vel ei ausu temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attemptare pre- sumpserit, indignacionem omnipotentis Dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli, apostolorum eius, se noverit incursurum. Datum Lugduni, XI. kal. septembris, pontificatus nostri anno tercio.
