      Innocencius episcopus, servus servorum Dei, dilectis filiis, decano et capitulo Spirensi salutem et apostolicam benedic- tionem. Hiis que pro ecclesiarum utilitatibus provide statu- untur libenter adimus apostolici muniminis firmitatem, ut intemerata consistant, que nostra fuerint protectione firmata. Cum igitur, sicut ex parte vestra fuit propositum coram no- bis, pro cultu divini nominis in vestra ecclesia augmentando, duas prebendas eiusdem deliberacione provida duxeritis di- videndas, ipsasque quatuor personis idoneis contuleritis, que ita pingues existunt, quod cuilibet eorum in competenti be- neficio est provisum: nos devocionis vestre precibus incli- nati, quod super hoc a vobis provide factum est, ratum et gratum habentes, illud auctoritate apostolica confirmamus et presentis scripti patrociaio communimus.
