      tus ipsi ecclesie ex providencia consilii nostri duximus con- firmandam. Ut autem hec nostra donacio rata permaneat, nec alicuius dolositate cavilletur, mandamus et precipimus sub interminacione gracie nostre, ut nullus sit, qui huic no- stre donacioni audeat maliciose obviare. Quod qui fecerit, omnipotentis indignacionem et nostram se noverit incurrisse. Datum apud Augustam anno dominice incarnacionis millesimo centesimo nonagesimo primo.
