      stolicam benedictionem. Ea que iudicio vel concordia ter- minantur, firma debent et illibata persistere, et ne in reci- dive contempcionis scrupulum relabantur, apostolico convenit presidio communiri. Eapropter venerabilis in Christo frater episcope, et dilecti in Domino fihi capitulares, vestris postu- lacionibus certo concurrentes assensu, composicionem, que inter vos ex parte una et venerabilem fratrem nostrum epi- scopum et dilectos filios, capitulum Constanciense ex altera super ecclesiam de Ezzelingen mediante venerabili fratre nostro C. Portuensi episcopo, apostolice sedis legato, ami- cabiliter intervenit, sicut rite sine pravitate facta est, et ab utraque parte recepta et hactenus pacifice observata, ac in literis exinde confectis plenius dicitur contineri, auctoritate apostolica confirmamus, et presentis scripti patrocinio com- munimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostre confirmacionis infringere vel ei ausu temerario con- traire. Si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit, indigna- cionem omnipotentis Dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli aposto- lorum eius se noverit incursurum.
