      Quoniam a multorum memoria res geste solent excidere, ideo facta mortalium authenticarum indigent munimine lite- rarum. Nos igitur H. Dei gracia abbas totusque conventus monasterii Hornbacensis, universis presentes literas inspec- turis noticiam subscriptorum, tenore presencium confitemur publice protestantes, quod nos allodium sancti Pirminii, super quo capella et cimiterium ville de Steinhusen sunt constructa, abbati et conventui monasterii sancte Marie virginis in Stur- tzelbronnen, Cisteiciensis ordinis, Metensis diocesis, contuli- mus absque ulla contradictione, ab eisdem iratribus in per- petuum libere possidendum. Ut autem hec lirma permaneant et inconvulsa, nos presentes literas sigillorum nostrorum mu- nimine duximus roborandas in testimonium veritatis. Datum anno Domini MCCLVII. mense iulio.
