Heinrich Spiser, Schultheiss von Diessenhofen, urkundet, dass vor seinem Gericht die Übergabe eines Ackers auf dem Hainbühl zu Basadingen von dem minderjährigen Heini, Hermanns von Kundelfingen seligen Sohn, an Kuoni den Widmer von Basadingen gefertigt worden ist.
