In Anwesenheit des Abtes Rudolf III. von Sax zu Einsiedeln und des Hans Ammann, seines Ammanns im Aargau, werden die Hofleute in Lugschwil vor Gericht vom Ammann auf den Eid angefragt, ob der Hofrodel richtig sei, was die Hofleute, nach gepflogener Beratung, bejahten.
