Romanorum regem genitorem nostrum karissimum super liberis hominibus in superiori Turgowe2|| pro centum et quadraginta marcis argenti Constanciensis ponderis factam3 ratam habemus et gratam, eandem tenore presencium confirmantes. Insuper etiam predicte obligacioni pro eiusdem Jacobi continuacione obsequiorum suorum laudabili, que nobis exhibet incessanter, sexaginta marcas argenti eiusdem ponderis addicimus de plenitudine regie potestatis, obligacionem huiusmodi tamdiu tenendam et habendam, quousque per nos vel nostros successores in imperio de predicta summa sibi fuerit plenarie satisfactum. In cuius rei testimonium nostrum sigillum presentibus est appensum. Dat. in Thurego IIII°. id. april. anno domini millesimo trecentesimo quintodecimo, regni vero nostri anno primo.
