Nos Eber. dei gratia episcopus, Walkono decanus, H. prepositus sancti Stephani, Bertoldus thesaurarius, Burch. scolasticus ecclesie Constantiensis nomine capituli nostri vidimus instrumentum huius tenoris sigillatum sano et integro sigillo comitis R. de Habesburg et invenimus illud non cancellatum non abolitum nec in aliqua sui parte vitiatum sigillis etiam nostris episcopi videlicet et capituli Constantien(sis) communitum. Quare etiam istud transscriptum sigill(i) nostria) ad maiorem rei certitudinem fecimus communiri. Act. Constantie, anno domini MCCLXXII. V. idus april. indict. XV.
