Cum super eo, quod contra inhibitionem nostram quandam sententiam excommunicationis de facto procurastis in abbatissam et conventum de Oberiet promulgari, contra vos artius procedere potuissemus, tamen honestati vestre ad presens parcentes, citamus vos peremptorie ad nostram presentiam Argentinam VI. feria proxima ante letare super tali inobedientia responsuros.
