Albrecht, Propst und Pförtner des Klosters St. Gallen, verleiht Ulrich Kosti von Uznach, dessen Söhnen und dessen Bruder Konrad einen Zehnten vor der Stadt Uznach.

    In nomine domini amen. Noverint universi presentem paginam inspecturi, quod nos Albertus (prepositus)a) et portarius monasterii sancti Galli1 decimam ante oppidum Vzzenach2 sitam ad officium portarie nostre pertinentem locavimus Vol. dicto Chosti de Vzzenah et filiis eius legitimis ac C. fratri eiusdem pro censu annuo XVIII s(olidorum) monete Constantiensis in festo sancti Andree3 annis singulis persolvendo. In cuius locationis memoriam presentem cartam sigillo nostro fecimus roborari. Act. apud sanctum Gallum, anno domini vero MCCLVII. indict. XV. Testes sunt: Ruomo camerarius monasterii nostri4, Wal. prebendarius sancte Fidis5, magister H. de Shafusa6, Wer. de Wiltberc7, Vol. Shochili de Wile8, Vol. Lovpach, C. dictus Wider et alii quamplures.
