Abt Konrad2 und der Konvent von Pfäfers versprechen dem Custos Albero von Chur3, ihm die erste freiwerdende Pfarrkirche zu übertragen, behalten sich aber vor, über die Kirche Busskirch bei Vakanz frei zu verfügen (. . . nichilominus adicientes, quod si ecclesiam in Buschilk4 vacare contingerit, ipsam conferre possimus pro nostre libito voluntatis . . .).
