Abstract
(nach 23. September) 1289, Konstanz
Ritter Rudolf von Güttingen1 verzichtet zugunsten des Klosters Münsterlingen2 auf den Zehnten in Uttwil3, Lehen des Bischofs von Konstanz. Ulrich von Ramschwag und seine Söhne übernehmen dafür zusätzlich die Währschaftspflicht (Nos Volricus de Ramenschwag senior, Hainricus Walther, Burckardus Dietrich et Cůnradus filii eius predicti militis4 tenore presentium nos unanimiter et insolidama) per stipulationem legittimam obligamus ac nostros heredes una cum prefato Volricob) nobili de Guttingen ad subeundum in prefata decima pro antedictis magistra et conventu omne periculum expensarum, laboris, warandie et evictionis . . .)
