Abstract
9. September 1295, Konstanz
Bischof Heinrich von Konstanz überträgt dem Abt des Schottenklosters vor Konstanz den Streit einer Konstanzerin mit dem Abt von St. Gallen und dem Dompropst von Chur, Kirchherrn in Marbach.

Causam, quam . . relicta quondam C. dicti ze dem Bvrgtor movet seu movere intendit venerabili patri ac domino . . abbati monasterii sancti Galli3 ac honorabili viro domino . . preposito Curiensis ecclesie4 . . rectori ecclesie in Marpach5 nostre dyocesis, vestre discretioni committimus evocatis ad vestram presentiam partibus audiendam et fine debito terminandama), facientes quod decreveritis in eadem per censuram ecclesiasticam firmiter observari, testes autem qui fuerint nominati, si se gratia, odiob) vel timore subtraxerint, censura simili compellatis veritati testimonium perhibere.
