Abstract
27. Juni 1309
Erzbischof Peter von Mainz beauftragt den Leutpriester von St. Stephan1 in Konstanz und den Priester Werner de Merla, den suspendierten Bischof Gerhard von Konstanz und die exkommunizierten Domherren ... (u.a. ... Volricum de Rameswag ...) aufzufordern, sich innert neun Tagen zu unterwerfen, andernfalls ihre Suspension und Exkommunikation zu verkünden.
