Der Konstanzer Generalvikar Otto von Rheineck (Otto de Rinegg1 canonicus et vicarius reverendi in Christo patris domini Hainrici episcopi ecclesie Constan(ciensis)2 in spiritualibus generalis . . .) entscheidet einen Streit zwischen dem Leutpriester von St. Konrad3 und dem Subcustos4.
