Der Offizial von Konstanz beurkundet, dass der Abt des Benediktinerklosters St. Blasien im Schwarzwald1 im Streit mit dem Johanniterhaus Klingnau2 um Eigenleute (. . . Hainrico dicto Scherrer alio cognomine dicto Probst de sancto Gallo procuratori et negotiorum gestorum ipsius domini abbatis ac etiam sui monasterii necnon aliis hominibus sibi et dicto suo monasterio . . . pertinentibus . . .) einen Vertreter bestellt habe.
