Dědina Horní Němčičky se zavazuje platit 20 tolarů a dvě vědra vína boleradického faráři z vinic, které na povolení olomoucké konsistoře a rektora brněnské jezuitské koleje Jana Pošmourného jako kolátora boleradické fary vysadili z pustých polí, z nichž dosud platili faráři po třech kopách pšenice, žita a ovsa a podsedci 5 zl..
