1327 duben 5, Vratislav (Vratislavia)
Boleslav, kníže opolský, vyznává, že je knížetem a vazalem Jana, krále českého a polského, a že přijal od něho lénem své Opolsko se jmenovanými hrady a městy.Boleslaus, dux Opoliensis, recognoscit se principem et vasallum Iohannis, regis Bohemiae et Poloniae, esse ad terram suam Opoliensem cum castris et civitatibus nominatis ab eodem feodali iure recepisse.
