1329 duben 29, Vratislav (Vratislavia)
Jan, kníže slezský a pán stínavský, vyznává, že přijal města Stínavu, Lubín a Góru lénem od Jana, krále českého a polského.Iohannes, dux Silesiae et dominus Stinaviensis, recognoscit se civitates Stinaviam, Lubinum ac Goram a Iohanne, rege Bohemiae et Poloniae, in feudum recepisse.
