1416 červenec 4, Praha (Praga)
Procek z Habrovan slibuje Václavovi, králi římskému a českému, že mu bude sloužit se šesti koňmi. Král mu za to poskytne zajištění jako ostatním komorníkům ve své komoře.Procko de Habrovany Venceslao, Romanorum et Bohemiae regi, promittit se cum sex equis servire velle. Rex ei omnem curam (sicut ceteris camerariis camerae suae) tribuet.
