Sigismundus dei gratia Romanorum rex semper augustus ac Hungariae, Boemiae, Dalmatiae, Croatiae etc. rex religiosis . . abbati et conventui monasterii Sanctae Coronae fidelibus nostris devotis dilectis gratiam regiam et omne bonum! Licet dudum serenissimo principi domino Wenceslao Romanorum et Boemiae regi fratri nostro carissimo has villas videlicet Bergfride, Seldnaw, Sunberg, Hyntryng, Schonaw et Purgstal1 ad ipsius vitae dumtaxat tempora comiseritis (sic) possidendas, idcirco vobis damus licentiam specialem volentes et mandantes, quatenus praefatas villas cum omnibus suis pertinentiis recipientes et possidentes easdem ad monasterium vestrum perpetuo debeatis possidere, impedimentis etiam quorumcunque penitus proculmotis. Datum Czaslauiae, anno domini millesimo quadringentesimo vigesimo, die ultima Augusti, regnorum nostrorum anno Hungariae etc. tricesimo quarto, Romanorum decimo et Boemiae primo.||
