9. květen 1329, Vratislav (Presslau)
Jan Lucemburský, král český a polský, na ukončení sporu se slezským a lehnickým knížetem Boleslavem o hrady a města Chojnów (Heinaw), Złotoryja (Goltperg), Chocianów (Chotzenaw) v Lehnicku uděluje Boleslavovi tyto hrady a města i další, jako Legnici (Lignitz), Brzeg (Briegg), Niemczu (Nymptsch) a jiné jmenované, jako dědičné léno. Upravuje soudnictví, právo prodeje těchto měst a hradů, atd. 1
