Matyáš /Korvín/, král uherský a český, potvrzuje městu Budyšínu (Budissin) na žádost tamního purkmistra a rady všechna privilegia, statky a práva, která dostalo od braniborských markrabí a od českých králů a císařů Jana /Lucemburského/, Karla /IV./, Václava /IV./, Zikmunda a Ladislava /Pohrobka/.
