Abstract
25. duben 1527, Glógow (Glogaw)
Münsterberský a olešnický kníže Karel, hrabě kladský, hejtman krále Ferdinanda I. v Hlohovsku, na žádost svého zplnomocněného místodržícího v hlohovském knížectví Melichara Pustera vidimuje výše opsanou listinu z 12. února 1511 (Vratislav - Breslaw), jíž Vladislav /Jagellonský/, král uherský a český, na stížnost slezských stavů se zavazuje vyplatit v 10 000 uher. zl. zastavená města Kozuchów (Freinstad) a Otyń (Wartenperg), což se stalo proti právu, a zavazuje se spravovati Hlohovské knížectví hejtmanem.
