3. duben 1415, Praha
Oldřich a Vilém z Hazmburka vysvědčují, že převor Jan z Pivoně a konvent svatého Tomáše jim dali vložit jako fundátorům a protektorům kláštera plat 8 kop ze statku Václava z Kozmic /Cozmycz/ do desk zemských a slibují, že plat bude kdykoliv vymazán a že jejich dědicové list obnoví.
