Převor Martin a konvent kláštera svatého Tomáše povolují Janu Ropešovi z Kozolup, svému poddanému, zříditi si mlýn pod rybníčkem pod Lužci a vésti si vodu z Lužců. Za to má platiti klášteru o masopustě 20 grošů pražských, a na vánoce 2 slepice a 1 strych pytlované mouky.
