Vladislav [Jagellonský], král český, se zavazuje jménem svým i svých nástupců na žádost Řehoře opata a konventu břevnovského (Brzewniowskeho) kláštera neodtrhovat a nezastavovat od kláštera ves Výšice (Wayssicze), kterou drží zástavou Markvart z Rakovic, jenž je ochoten ji s touto podmínkou klášteru vrátit.
