Přemysl (Premizl), pán Českého království, daruje břevnovskému opatu Martinovi a tamnímu konventu za ves Podmokly (Podmoklech) výměnou pole některých svých poddaných ve vsi Kuromrtvy (Churomirtvi), kteří náleželi k nejvyššímu soudu komořího a které daroval Bavorovi (Bavario). Opat je může z polí vyhnati a sám polí užívati.
