25. září 1515
Purkmistr a rada města Chebu potvrzují testament měšťana Baltazara Wogenera daný 31. července 1514 ve prospěch farního kostela svatého Mikuláše v Chebu, dominikánů, menších bratří u Naší milé paní v nové kapli, kapli Naší milé paní v Chlumu a špitálů.
