Abstract
12. duben 1372, Cheb
Jan, patriarcha alexandrijský, toho času papežský nuncius a legát v Německu, Čechách a Uhrách, nařizuje řádu bratří menších v Německu, Čechách a Polsku, jmenovitě konventům provincie saské (mj. v Chebu), aby pod trestem exkomunikace postupovali proti plebánům a rektorům, kteří ruší jejich privilegia.
