Kunhuta, královna česká, vysvědčuje, že se ukončil přátelsky spor mezi mistrem a bratry Panny Marie u mostu špitálu svatého Františka z německé osady o ves Vyšehněvice (Wissehnewice), kterou dala Bohuslava, manželka Mutinova, domu Panny Marie. Mistr a bratři Panny Marie mají dostat z důchodů kostela svatého Kříže ve Vrbně (Wirben) 80 hřiven a vzdávají se vedení pře proti špitálu svatého Františka.
