27. září 1722, Staré Město pražské
Jan Schmidl, kuchař velmistra řádu křižovniků s červenou hvězdou Františka Matouše Böhma, vydává výuční list Václavu Koutskému (Kautsky) ze vsi Lety (Leth), který se u něho po dva roky učil kuchařství.
