Konstancie, královna česká, vysvědčuje, že němečtí rytíři proti právu odpírají platit špitálu svatého Františka desátek náležející kostelu ve Vrbně (Werben), který dostal zmíněný špitál zřízený v Praze královninou dcerou Anežkou.
