Jindřich ze Schwechatu (Swechent) a jeho žena Markéta se souhlasem Markétiných bratrů Paltrama, Pelhřima, Hayma, sestry Matyldy a jejího muže Leopolda z Getzendorfu (Getzzendorf) prodávají vinici u Döblingu (Toeblich) za 150 liber vídeňských feniků komturovi Eberhardovi a komendě johanitů v Unterlaa (Loh).
