Wolfram z Patzmannsdorfu (Patzmansdorf) a jeho žena Geisel se svými dědici prodávají svůj lán v Untermarkersdorfu (Marchartsdorf) za 43 liber vídeňských feniků komturovi Jindřichu z Kastel (Chastel) a komendě johanitů v Mailbergu (Meurperge); nynější držitel lánu Perchtold má komendě odvádět každoročně na sv. Jiří 32 vídeňských feniků.
