6. únor 1365
Irnfried z Clemenz (Clemens) a jeho synové Jan (Jans) a Albrecht prodávají 2 libry a 4 vídeňské feniky platu ze dvou lánů v Leutzmans (Lewzmans) s příslušenstvím, se souhlasem svého služebníka Mikuláše z Klement (Clemenz), který tento plat držel jako léno, Mikuláši z Wildungsmauer (Wildungsmawer), mistru, a konventu komendy v Mailbergu (Maurperig) za 34 liber vídeňských feniků.
