Abstract
14. prosinec 1482, Vídeň
Veřejný notář Pavel Finsinger vysvědčuje, že se M.Klement Kysling, lic. dekretů a prokurátor Jiřího Florsteta, preceptora v Mailbergu, odvolal proti nálezu opatu kláštera Panny Marie Skotů Kryštofa ve sporu s rytířem Konrádem Auerem (Awer). Na rubu tentýž notář 21.XII.1482 vysvědčuje, že tuto apelaci přijal, aby ji opatu kláštera Panny Marie doručil, ale, poněvadž k němu neměl bezpečný přístup, přibil ji na kostel svatého Štěpána ve Vídni a následující neděli na veřeje kostela Panny Marie Skotů.
