22. říjen 1430
Wolfgang Unger, perkmistr v Grinzingu (Grintzing), bratr Konrád z Niemants, komtura komendy sv. Jana v Kärntnerstrasse ve Vídni, přisuzuje vinici ve vsi v Grinzing v Hungerpergu na Sumerleiten o rozloze pěti čtvrtí, náležející kdysi Zikmundu Tumerstorfferovi, jménem jehož dědiců ji Bernhart Braun (Prawn) prodal Petru Reussovi (Rewss) z Haugsdorfu (Haugstorf), Konrád z Niemants a komendě, protože držitelé vinice jí byli dlužni 2 vědra vína perkrechtu a Petr Reuss se nedostavil k projednání sporu.
