Abstract
4. červenec 1304, u Vratislavi (aput Wra(tislawi)am)
Boleslav, kníže slezský a vratislavský, vysvědčuje a potvrzuje, že Henman, syn Herdeinův, se svými syny Heinmanem, Hermanem, Mikulášem, Perrem a Ticzchem a dcerami Markétou, Žofií, Eliškou a Kateřinou, zetěm Mikulášem a všemi dědici prodal Konrádovi synu Blažejovu, alodiální statek s 5,5 lány, řečený Gaj (Gain), ležící před Vratislaví (ante Wrat.) u cesty k Niemcze (Nimcze).
